Sunset Acres

Welcome to Sunset Acres in Camden, South Carolina

Sunset Acres was established in 1984.  Our farm was in Elgin, South Carolina until 1996 when we moved to our present location in Camden, South Carolina.  We are located on 45 acres at the edge of the Camden Hunt Country with miles of sand trails to enjoy riding and driving our Tennessee Walking Horses.

Sunset Acres is the home of 4 TWHBEA Supreme Versatility Champions and 2 NWHA Order of the Equinus recipients.  These horses include Gen’s Sir Charles, Generator’s Whisper, Jet Powered Threat, Generator’s Bay Charger and Our Secret Generator.

We specialize in “Pleasure” Tennessee Walking Horses for show, trail and versatility.  We breed and raise naturally gaited horses that also have exceptional athletic ability.

Standing at Sunset Acres is Gen’s Sir Charles, directly by Prides Generator out of a Pusher daughter.  He is a TWHBEA Supreme Versatility Champion and his foals already show his natural ability.  One of his sons, Generator’s Bay Charger, is also a TWHBEA Supreme Versatility Champion as well as a NWHA Order of the Equinus recipient.  All of our horses are double registered NWHA and TWHBEA.

Sunset Acres is also a boarding facility for a limited number of horses.  All of our boarders are on pasture board, but each pasture has a maximum of 2 horses with a run in shed for shelter.
